1. Who we are

Omega Point Threat ID is operated by Omega Point Solutions LLC, Salem, Illinois, USA. Contact: legal@omegapointsolutions.com.

2. What we collect

• Account: the email address you provide at signup, and your membership tier.
• Tips: the indicator you report (IP, account, identity, or domain), your description, your optional reporter email, and the submitting IP address (used only for abuse prevention).
• Sensor telemetry: observations your sensors submit (e.g., hostile IPs seen) and basic sensor metadata (id, status, last-seen, submission counts). Sensors are designed to report threat observations, not your private content.
• Billing: $1 sensor payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
• Technical: standard request logs and security signals via our hosting provider (Cloudflare).

3. How we use it

• Operate the Service — authenticate members, serve the feed, provision and run sensors, and moderate tips.
• Build and improve the registry through cross-source corroboration.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse, and keep the Service secure.
• Process payments (via Stripe) and communicate with you about your account.

4. How we share it

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Processors: Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting, security) process data on our behalf under their terms.
• The community feed: may include verified threat indicators (e.g., IP addresses and scores). It does not include tip-submitter identities or your account details.
• Lawful disclosure: we may disclose information where required by law, or to support a good-faith report of corroborated threats to authorities (e.g., IC3, CISA, abuse desks, law enforcement).

5. Retention & security

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed credentials (member and sensor tokens are stored hashed, never in plaintext).

6. Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing legal@omegapointsolutions.com. The Service is intended for users 18 and older and is operated from the United States.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
