IP reputation and threat indicators are inherently probabilistic. The registry may contain errors, stale entries, or false positives, and an address may be shared, reassigned, proxied, or spoofed. We do not warrant that any indicator is accurate, current, complete, or attributable to a specific person or entity. Confirm independently before acting.
2. Not legal advice
Nothing on this site or in the Service is legal advice. Laws governing security research, data collection, monitoring, disclosure, and reporting vary by jurisdiction. Consult qualified counsel before you collect, act on, or report information.
3. Your responsibilities
- Human review. Require a person to review any indicator before an alert, block, takedown, escalation, or report.

5. Reporting to authorities
Dossiers and indicators may be used to support a report to authorities such as the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), CISA, hosting-provider abuse desks, or law enforcement. You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and good faith of any report you make.
